HOPO System Upgrades?

My tuck is down now due to a HPOP leak. Both valve covers are off and the turbo is out. What parts should be upgraded or changed out in the HPOP system?

The question is have you pinpointed where the HPO leak is?? How many miles on the OE HPOP? The 03-04 model years are really the ones that seem to have the most failures...

Since this is an 03 are the stand pipes and dummy plugs the same as 04.5-07?

Anyone have part numbers?

Yes it is leaking under the HPOP cover. No I do not know if it is the pump or a oring. 86k on the motor. I am looking at replacing the HPOP since I know it is common point of failure on the 03. I was looking at putting in a ADRENALINE HPOP and replacing all the parts that could fail on the HPOP side.

Replace all O rings of course
One thing I did was upgrade my 04 hpop to head tubes to the ones with check valves from the 05+

THIS FILE showing the 3 different versions of the HPOP system might help you plan it out a little better.
First one is the 03 version, then the 04 version and the last is the 05-up version.
