should i buy

I have the opportunity to buy a 2007 6.0 out of a E350 ambulance. The story is a lifter came apart and got metal shavings in the engine so it got yanked and replaced. Had 125,000 miles and the injectors were replaced not to long ago. I am wondering if i should mess with it. It is complete with turbo. only asking $600 so i figure i cant go wrong. My truck is going to need injectors at some point and the turbo seems a little week so there are a few parts i could use.

Metal in oil that goes thru injectors and turbo, no thanks. I think you should pass.

06 F250 4x4 ecsb, lowered 2", 6 Autometer Phantom 2 guages, Accufab Elbow, Zoodad, Airaid , Magnaflow 4"dp, 5" pipe 7" short stack, Studs, Egr delete, sneaky pipe, regulated fuel return, 6.4 banjo bolts, Moderate FICM from Innovative, High idle and foglight mods, Bilsteins, Sulastic shackles, DIY Harley headlights and traction bars. 8.76 in the 1/8th

catastrophic failure I might buy it but one that grinds to a death has had that crap circulated
