Wipers don't work, Any help???

I have a 03 F-250 super duty 6.0 Powerstroke, My wipers and washing fluid do not work. I am thinking it may be a fuse/relay but I have no idea which fuse or fuse relay to look at.

Can anyone guide me in the right direction? Does anyone know of a diagram of the fuse box? I cannot find one anywhere and the auto parts store was no help either.

Get your owners manual here. The fuse numbers and what they are for are in it.
