Harley Headlight question.

Ok i just ordered the Harley headlights and a 06 grille. I know i have to cut the header panel out and all that for the lights to work. But i was just wondering, If i go to like a junk yard and find a header panel off of a 05-07 truck would it bolt up so i would not have to cut?

it will bolt in, but a 06 grille has to be trimmed to fit 99.5 to 04 front bumper

Ok so if I find a new header panel it will just bolt directly up and no cutting required? And on the grille Iam getting the one from sinister and it has already been modified so I do not have to cut the grille!

yep no cuting req. I cut mine for my lights wasnt that bad just have to go slow, also there is a right up on here somewhere I seen that show exactly what to cut.

The 03 vs 05

05 Has bumper, upper valance, grill, headlights, headerpanel and lower valance.

to put the 05 on the 03

you can just get a newer 05 grill and trim it.

or do a 05 header panel and do a grill but then your going to have a gap.

Honestly it will quicker and alot cheaper to modify your existing header.
