Which parts do I need for my year.

This list is from the 6.0 Bulletproof page. Are all these parts used in a 04' F250 bulletproof. Are these all the ford factory parts I need? Do I need Egr gasket if I delete it?

Don't know about the part numbers, but the '04's don't have a STC fitting.

Do I need EGR gasket if I delete the EGR.

EGR delete kits come with the gasket or o-ring needed to seal where the EGR cooler was. You have the choice if you want to leave the EGR valve in place, or remove the valve and tie/bolt up to the side, just leave the valve plugged in electrically.
