MKM makes a solution kit with all the stuff you need. i havent purchased it yet but looks like a good investment.

Personally, I would check with Ford. They sell a head gasket kit that has everything needed. A lot of guys on here will tell you to stay away from the Victor-Reinz Black Onyx gaskets because of problems. OEM gaskets seem to be the best.

OEM gaskets , arp studs , whatever coolant you prefer , as far as gaskets go, the stock head bolts were the issue not the gaskets

Does the kit come with all the o-rings for stand Pipes, fuel rail and injectors?

From what I remember, it comes with everything.
