surging and dies when around 1/4 tank of gas?

Need some help..truck runs great until i get around 1/4 tank of gas! took it to the dealer which replaced the fuel pump,(28psi), #1 & #2 injectors, and filters Ran fine for a couple miles and started back up again, (tank was around 1/4 tank).

Truck will start surging with little power and if i don't keep my foot on brake and gas it will die.

Any ideas

sounds like maybe a problem with the pickup in the tank or maybe your sending unit is off and you are actually lower than 1/4 tank? How much fuel does it take to get from 1/4 tank to full?

I have read a few threads on here about the fuel pickup cracking and causing this issue.
