How Do I Post A Video?

I have a short video of my EGT's and would like to post it, how would I do that?

You could upload to youtube or photobucket and then post the URL. I am sure there is a better way, but thats the only way I know. Heres a bump anyway.

Not sure ,but maybe even faceBook would work. I know that when you upload photos to FB you and get a fixed URL that works in the outside world.

OK, I got it onto You tube, now I cant figure out how to get it on here, grrr

open up your video on youtube and someplace on the page should be a URL for it. Copy and past that URL into the body of your post. There are fancy ways as well that let you play the video in the message window etc.. ,but I am not sure how to embed the content. I am sure others do ,because I have seen it here. Maybe search for video here on the .org and when you see what you like PM the poster and ask how. I am not sure if I was any help at all. Good Luck.

When you have the YouTube video up on the screen, put you curser on the address bar (http) on the top of the screen, right click the mouse and a pop up will open, click on "copy", then get back on the org. When your on the org and ready to insert the video, right click the mouse and a pop up will open, click "paste". This will put the video in your post.

That is what I did, but it just posted the link, which works, but I was kinda wanting the video to load, and I have dont it before, I just cant remember, it has been too long
