What have you found to be the best windshield wipers? I had the motorcraft they lasted 7 months then I tried the ranex latitude blades and they lasted 4 months. What are you guys using and are you having better luck with them than me

Bosch icons with rain-x wiper fluid. You will NEVER use another combination again. It makes everyone else driving in the rain look like idiots

I have bought all the expensive super duper wiper blades and usually they aren't any better than the plain wiper blades, in fact some of them are worse. Last time I bought new blades, a couple of months ago, the guy at Oreillys recommended the Anco Silver Advantage blades, they were the cheapest blades so I thought why not, I got the pair for $9 so I wasn't losing much if they sucked. They are absolutely the best blades I've ever owned. They are called silver advantage because the rubber is actually kind of grey colored and the reason is they have some special stuff in the rubber that protects them from Rain-X. He said rain-x will actually break down wiper blades and these are treated to protect from that.
They are outstanding and a great price is a nice bonus! |

Same here, went thru all the expensive blades, they last just as long as the cheaper blades, so now I stick with the cheaper ones.
I love using Rain-X, also I like to wipe off the wiper blades to get the road grime/grease off of them. |

i use silblade wipers. Bout $50 for the pair. I read for hours about wiper blades and many said these were the best, so I got em. As far as holding up, Ive had them for about a year and a half and they are like brand new. Only problem, if it's not a downpour of rain, they chatter alot. Im thinking about waxing the windshield and see what that does. I clean my truck CONSTANTLY so the windshield is so clean that the wipers dont slide too nicely. Anyways, thats just my 2 cents. BTW I think stock was 20", I went the biggest possible, 24".
Oh, I tried Rain x Latitude on my 03 7.3 when i had it, suckkkkkeeedddddd. |

I use the Bosh Icon and also use a glass clay bar on the windshield.
The clay bar is the BEST thing you could ever do to your windshield. It makes it super smooth and the wipers last a LOT longer. This is the bar. Glass Cleaning Clay, 3.5 Ounces - Glass Cleaning - Car Care - Griot's Garage |

I use the Valeo Ultimate wipers. The same thing as the Icons really but cheaper and same performance.
