Oil leak on bottom front of engine

Hey guys,

Where is this leaking from? Its a 12mm allen head bolt that is right in front of the oil pan and behind the crank pulley. It just started leaking this week.

I tightened it, but it didn't really seam very loose. Is there a seal behind it?

Oil pressure regulator. It does look as though it has some sort of o-ring from the picture. There was another thread on this, I'll see if I can find out what they did.

I have googled the crap out of oil pressure regulator and I have found nothing.
