Radiator nipple broke off?????

A few weeks ago the plastic nipple on the top of the radiator that leads back to the degas bottle snapped off....I super glued it together and that lasted until now. I was thinking something like jb weld...any suggestions????

I've heard of guys drilling out the hole to tap it with 1/8npt barbed fitting, then use a poxy like JB weld to seal and add extra strength. When you tap out plastic, be sure to back out the tap, in other words one full turn in and 1/2 turn out until the tap is deep enough for the fitting.

Yep what lilpooh said. This happened to me and that's what I did and its still working fine.

just checked garage only have 1/2 npt to 3/8 barbs....gonna have to wait til the wifey gets home...only have 1/8 npt tap. I didnt even think about doing it that way...thats why the ORG rules
