help wont start!!!!

05 f450 dump died yesterday at work and wont start. Tested ficm 48v good, fuel pump is running, batteries are good. Stc finning was done at dealer last year along ipr. Any help would be great. It cranks fine just wont fire.

Gonna have to have more info. How did you test the FICM? Do you have a way to monitor ICP?

How did you test the FICM? Just turning the key on or when cranking also?

Ok. Have you tried unplugging the ICP sensor and seeing if it will start? By unplugging it, it will default the PCM into showing enough PSI to start. Has to see a minimum of 500 psi.

I just told our mechanic to disconnect icp, I wont find out anything until I get back tothe shop later.

Talk to our mechanic and he pulled the icp and still no start. What could it be?

There are a lot of things that it could be. Those were just the easiest to try. Does he have a scan tool that will actually monitor what the ICP pressure is and the IPR duty cycle? How many miles since the STC fitting was replaced and did they replace it with the updated style?
