valvoline premium blue vs rotella t6

When I had the stud oilcooler egr delete job dome at truck source thy replace dmy ooil with Valvoline blue premium and j noticed what I think is the typewriter sound. Is this crap oil?

The Valvoline Extreme Blue is the more preferable oil. It's a full synthetic of the 5w-40 variety. The T6 would be superior to the Premium Blue. The Extreme vs. T6 would probably be a toss up. I guess I'd be inclined to go with the Extreme.

My truck loves the 5w40 premium extreme blue. I will go through the trouble to order it before using the T6.
