Edge cts not working.

My edge cts stopped working right since its gotten cold. I called edge but they don't open till Monday. Just want to see if anyone else has experienced this. From a cold start the cts will beep once, then never actually turn on until you unplug the obd port from the truck and plug it back in. This works everytime so it's obviously functioning. Any ideas? It seems to only do it when it's cold. Any time you start it after that cold morning start it works fine.

call them and explain the problem, they have great customer service.

My backlight went out and they fixed it for free.
