p0528 and oil temp reading low

i have a 2006 f-250 6.0 auto lately i ve been having my oil temp reading any where from 165 to 185 and when towing anywhere from 170 to 229 depening on the hill the water temp reads unloaded 192 to 200 and towing 200 to 220 ive notice the fhave the fan clutchan doesnt get really load at the 219 mark and the oil temp goes up and down i had it once go from 210 to 175 in less than 100 yards does the code p0528 and this have anything to do with it or do you think i might have the fan clutch going and the oil temp sender bad. my milage is 52000 miles

P0528 Fan speed sensor code.

You probably called it on the fan clutch.

Oh, and check the wiring to the fan for chaffing. It seems to be one of the issues.
