Upfitter lights not on (instrument lights yes)

Just got in my upfitter kit for my 06 F350 from a dealership off of Ebay. The thing's brand new, in Ford boxes. I insalled it as it said to do, but the switch ends do not light up when I turn them to the "on" position. When I turn on the headlights they light up (to show AUX 1,2,3,4) but no amber lights when turned on. Also no power on the ends when in the on position (used a voltage tester on the leads). Any help would be great. Going to call them in the AM and see what they say.
And yes, I have a good ground. I even checked it twice, and when it's disconnected the AUX 1,2,3,4 lights go out.

Your ground is no good

The ground was good as I said, other wise the instrument lights of the upfitter would not have come on with the headlamps.
Come to find out, it was my own doing. There is a 30 amp fuse dedicated in the fuse pannel that outputs power to run the upfitter outputs that I had taken out by mistake. Once I installed the fuse, it worked perfectly.

They were the cheapest I found, all the parts are new Ford parts. Install was a little tricky since the relay box is to be mounted under the dash/above the glove box. My XM unit is mounted there, so I stuck it next to the fuse pannel under the steering wheel. Also hooked up the SEIC wire (under dash, by e brake, purple wire with light green stripe) for high idle (1,200 rpm) to warm the truck up faster. You have to set the e brake as a saftey, flip the switch up, and hit the remote start in the AM and she idles right up.
