6.4L internal trans filter for 6.0 thread link

I can not find the link where a 6.4L internal transmission filter is used in place of the 6.0L FT-144 internal transmission filter.

Or what is the part number for the 6.4L filter.
Is it as simple as just a filter crossover, or do I need more to cross over to the new filter?

You will also need the '08 trans pan

I did the upgrade this year to my '06

yep you just need the 08 trans pan to make the filter work thats what bts did to mine

Are there any 6.4L trans parts that can be easily transferred over?

I did the swap on mine as well. As posted above a new pan was used.

As far as a 6.4L trans...IIRC you can run the whole unit as long as you use either the 6.4L flexplate or swap the 6.0 torque convertor onto the 6.4 trans.
