Buying a 6.0 again, I think. Need advice

I sold my 2006 172" FX4 Lariat about a year ago, and regretted ever since.

I found a 2007 one owner Harley with 64K miles. Tires are new, and the truck is nearly perfect. It's the color I want, and really complete (no moonroof, upfitter, or brake controller)

I had a friend pull an OASIS and it has been in the shop twice. At 55K Headgaskets, Oil cooler, and EGR Cooler was replaced, then a couple months later it states insulator body (vibration complaint)

The guy is asking 31,900 and stated he will take 30,900.

Seem high to everyone?

I just bought a 06 with 46k miles. CC, 4x4, LB, DRW, Lariat loaded for $27,800. Since this one is a 07 and a Harley addition it doesn't seem too much out of line...what does NADA say? BTW, I got mine for $200 above clean trade-in value.

For that price I would think that you could get a nice 6.4 or add some and get a new 6.7
