6.0L injector differences

Hey guys, I've got a question. I'm wondering if any of you know of any major changes in the 6.0L injectors over the years that would prevent cross year installation. I'm running an 07 and I have a line on a set of good injectors out of an 03. I would prefer to go new, but the price is right.

I've already consulted the 6.0L bibles and couldn't find any noticable differences on the injectors, but thats not to say i didn't miss something.

Thanks for the help

Yeah, I've been told to just not mix and match.

But I'm not sure the '03's will work in the '04-'07's.. I know you can put the '04-'07's in the '03's, but I think I heard a while back that you can't retro fit them...

You can use them, but the 03 injectors were prone to problems. From stiction to broken tips to non specific failures. Get some later models if they are OEM 03's and not replacements.

Thanks for the info guys, I think I'll pass up on these and go with new OEM injectors. Better safe then sorry and I don't want to have to do the job more then once.
