06 f250 for cheap?

I've come across a 06 f250 6 litre, ccsb 2wd, xlt cloth, with 150,000 miles with pw windows and locks, tilt and cruise. Is 9500 a deal of a price for this truck?
And to my understanding its a good running truck and doesn't have an issues.

I am just down here in North Ms! I bought a 2004 CCSB Lariat 4x4 with 115k on it last week for $8000. It needs some work, but I have a friend that is a mechanic. I'm gonna have about $10k in it when I get thru. 6.0 are cheap around here. If you have a dealer buddy get him to take you to the auction. They will be selling nice 6.0's for around 10!

I just picked up my 04 with a bad injector for $6,000. Nobody works on em around here so everybody wants a duramax or cummins because there's plentiful mechanics.

If you find yourself not needing the 4 wheel drive I would because that's a good price and I mean later on down the road if you find where you do need it then you can do a 4wd swap with a manual transfer case to make it a 4wd for about a $1,000.
