VGT vane cycle?
I made video of my early 04 with 228,000 miles, and you can notice in the beginning of the video the idle changes its pitch at least 3 times. Is it true that only recent reflashes causes the turbo to do this? I bought the truck used with 224,000 miles so im unsure of the past service. heres the video
