build plan

i'm hopeing to build a truck to be competative in the 12.0 index the truck is a 2003 f250 supercab short bed 6.0l 4x4, the truck will be a full drag truck not a daily driver. the goal is around 600-650hp

engine:
225cc injector
64-66 non vgt turbo
reg. return
upgraded lift pump
bar and plate intercooler
plus all the other supporting mods studs, erg delete, ect.
trans will be built also

suspension/chassis:
traction bars
locker front and rear
light weight rims with drag radials
roll cage for safty
and weight reduction, get the truck down to the 6,500# 4x4 race limit

i will run nitrous as needed but trying to run nitrous and run consistenly could be very difficult, i plan to look in to nitrous controlers. is this a realistic goal or am i just dreaming, if so what would i need to achive my goal, i would rather not have to cross over to the 6.4l world b/c the cheapest 2x4 6.4l i found is about $12,000 4x4 are $4-5000 more and would cost the same to build, i would just have the ability to make more power.
