trading in truck with problems and mods

Well I just about had it with my truck. I need to trade it in on anything just so i can stay out of the poor house. I'm looking at anything...only thing is most my emission equipment is removed, cat, egr cooler and valve. And now it leaks oil. Can I trade it in with out being taken to court because its been tampered with?? Please help I don't know what else to do I give up with the 6.0.

Why would you get taken to court? I see modded truck on local lots quite often?

Yea not sure why anyone would take you to court. Don't lie to the dealership but don't give them anymore info than they ask for.

So i tell them it leaks oil? And removing emissions is a federal offence I thought?

Actually even if you lie its all subjective. A used car is sold as is unless you are a dealer or indicated otherwise.

Yea I wouldn't tell them anything they don't ask about my dealer put my deletes on for me

The dealer will have to put everything back on. For example, if you have a full turbo back, they will add a cat.

Or most likely not touch it and send it to auction.
