Please help with Pricing two trucks

Im looking at these trucks and will be purchasing one of them tomorrow. They are both 2005 f250 FX4's.

Truck one
100% stock with the exception of a ranch hand grill guard. 143,000 miles

Truck Two
18MM BLACK ONYX HEAD GASKETS. (ARP) HEAD STUDS. SINISTER EGR DELETE KIT WITH 2'' UP PIPE AND A SINISTER OIL COOLER. NO CAT OR MUFFLER just recently added a DIABLO SPORT PREDATOR TUNER WITH 4 SETTINGS. 216,000 miles

Both owners are asking 14k. Naturally i would want truck two but im worried about the miles it has, but at the same time the mods are pretty nice. Please help me out here what i should do. What would YOU do.

You need to make sure that whichever truck you are going to buy has a clean bill of health. Read up on the cooling system, oil and egr coolers. Get a copy of the Oasis report if you can to see what recall work has been done. If all things were equal I'd be much more interested in the stock one. Mods typically mean that the truck has been ran hard. Look them both over and go with the cleaner truck.
