Do I have the upgraded blue spring kit? ( pic included )

So I've had my truck for only about two months now, and from all the reading on here was going to do the upgraded blue spring kit because it is a cheap and easy enough mod.

Well I was looking at the fuel pressure regulator under my hood today and noticed the cap had what looked like a blue dot painted on it. I was wondering if anyone has seen this before? could this be an indicator that someone is trying to tell me the upgraded blue spring is already on there behind the cap? I know I could take off the cap and just look, but was wondering if anyone had seen this before. Just curious and any feedback would be great. Here's a pic. sorry it's a little blurry

never seen a blue dot before on the outside. Means nothing to me.

Only way to tell is to take the cap off and look at the spring

Your previous owner may have done that for reference. Good idea to do, but not to pass that idea along, not a good idea. Cap off, or fuel pressure gauge.

yeah I'll probably just pull the cap off at some point just to double check
