Help with FICM flash (remote programmer)

I just received my remote programmer from PHP. Where exactly is the FICM relay that I have to remove before I program the FICM? Secondly, which tune do I want to flash my FICM with.. I currently have the latest flash on my ECM which would put my FICM at the newest as well (good job dealer). My question is which tune for FICM, 05-07 WITH Inductive heating or the 05-07 WITHOUT Inductive heating? I live in Massachusetts where it doesn't necessarily get to Canada temperatures, but we do have a fairly cold winter.

Thoughts ?

There's a FICM relay near the drivers side battery.

Also, Bill recommends the VXCF4DC strategy.

EDIT
Sorry, misread your post. Use the I/H for your area.

I thought about getting the FICM tune as well, is the programmer only good for one truck, or could I do 2 while I had it?
