Super weird noise at WOT

ok this noise seems to happen when im slowly rolling but shuts up after about 2nd or 3rd gear. you know that noise if you have your phone plugged in and you get a txt while listening to music. almost sounds like a telegram or something. i get this sound when i make a WOT run in these gears. and its towards the higher end of the rpm range. ive tried it with the radio off to see if maybe that had something to do with it and it doesnt. it kinda sounds like the cab is flexing but it also sounds like its coming through the speakers. it wont do it around 1/2 throttle either just at WOT and its driving me nuts cuz whoever rides in my truck hears that noise they look at me with a confused look on there face and i have the same on mine. also let me add that it sounds like its on the passenger side and my gf said that it sounds like its under her feet as well. thanks for all the info
