Ya you can join we have many members here that have and are. We are Local 851 in Eugene Oregon. I took a pic of my city ID with my phone, sent it to my email and then attached it to the registration stuff as proof. I also use my work email address that identifies in the address as well.

It is really worth it. Good luck
