STC Fitting Repair ?s

Csn someone tell me what else I need when I do the STC Repair? Im going to get the parts tomorrow and need to know what else I need. Do I need a turbo mount kit or use the old stuff? I have all the tools just need to know what other parts to get.

hpop cover gasket, turbo drain tube o-rings, oil feel line gasket to turbo, and it should come with the two o-rings to reseal the hpop to the block (its a yellow o-ring) and where the stc fitting lies theres a black o-ring but that should be all you need, inspect the ipr valve while your in there and id probably go ahead and get ipr rebuild kit, has new orings and a new screen its easy to do and it not expensive at all

04 PSD SCT X3 extreme race tuned by innovative and looney tuned, straight pipe and dumped before rear tire, afe intake, smoke switch, air dogged out, zoodad mod, egr delete kit (finally), head studs, cfm intake elbow, bd boost fooler, installed new cab lights (didnt have em from factory) 285 bfg mt's, suncoast tq converter, she'll run a 13.4...soon to come a baby lol my mods stop here for now

question, is this something I can also do when I am cleaning my turbo? Because I have the upgraded drain tube supply line and turbo mounting kit. I just figured while I am in there is there anything else right there I should do.

You will need to rent, buy or make a 15/16 crows foot to properly torque the new fitting. A 1 3/8 wrench is handy to get the IPR out. You will be getting a lot of air into the HP oil system so don't freak out if it takes a LOT of cranking to get it started ofter you are done. Some have also reported the truck running like crap for the first 1/4 tank of fuel untill all the air is worked out of the HP oil system.

Also does anyone know if the gaskets and orings i need cross reference to any International part #s as ill be there tomorrow.
