Delo 5w40 Synthetic Anyone?

I have seen a lot of good reviews for T6 and Valvoline synthetics but not as much about the Delo in the 6.0's. I was at Bi-Mart(local NW store) and I saw it for the first time there, priced at $25.97/gal. Just wondering if anyone has anything good or bad to say about. I'm interested because it is local to me and easy to go purchase. thanks

It should work but i don't think many use it but it is a 5w40 Syn oil and use only Ford filters all the way around.

I'd use it if it was easy to find where I live. I'm a Delo fan..

Most of the good reviews come from ones that used 15w-40 and switched to a 5w-40. Price makes it even nicer.

I use it, and like it so far I am coming up on my first change. I think about 6 months into using it I noticed easier smoother starts. I am running it for 1 yr or about 10k miles, which ever comes first. Everyday driver not much towing.

I "second" the ONLY Fords Filters. Thats all i use

I used to use conventional DELO 15W-40 alot in its CI+4 form...and it was good oil for Cummins Diesels and ACERT Cats with HUEI injectors. Came factory in some Volvo/Cummins trucks. I've seen Rotella T6, Amsoil 5W-40, Mobil Turbo Diesel Truck (same as Mobil 1 Delvac Syn), Valvoline Premium Blue Synthetic, and Citguard Synthetic 5W-40 for sale. And perhaps a few others like Mystic synthetic.

But I've never actually seen the DELO synthetic although I've seen its product data sheet online. I'd buy it if I had access to it without ordering.
