EGT'S

Let's talk egt's. What does your 6.0 run with your mods, tunes ect.. Towing, wot ect...

Mine seems low with matts slr tune. Today was the first time I have ever takin the slr tune wot. Hit 1056 on my cs. Cruising 55-60 down the highway it sits around 500-550. Towing 11k was the most I've towed with the slr. And never got over 1k mark but Iowa is FLAT.

Shoot!!

Mine has started to settle out around 1450 WOT and it will start to creep up. It initially goes to 1450 then drops to 1350 and raises from there.

This is with Matt's SRL and a Catless 4" turbo back.

I also run 35s so the engine does work a bit harder than stock to turn them.

Matt said it would hit 1500s at the end of a quarter mile.

My SRL++ set up for the Powermax, empty at WOT can hit 1500*. I don't tow with it, that's what tow tunes are for. I do leave it in when getting a bed full of red oak firewood, cruising @ 65-70 it holds 900-950*.

Not that it matter's much, but I've got EGT gauges for both sides and the driver's side runs between 50*-100* hotter than the passenger side.
