Help! Possible bad Hub

I just redid my front end COMPLETELY. New ball joints, tie rods, new axle u-joints, new tires, new energy suspension master bushing kit. The problem is I didnot check the 4x4 after I did all the work(a month ago when it was still warm). Now its snowing and cold tonight and when I drove te truck and engaged the four wheel drive I hear a clunking sound in the drivers front wheel.. Take it out of four wheel and it goes away. Did I miss something when I put it back together. I did put new seals in and greased the bearings. Help!

I am getting ready to go out and work on it. That is teh first thing to do. If it goes away with the hub locked, then what?
