Slight miss at idle

Can anyone give me any ideas on why I am having a slight miss at idle on my 05 ? A little history is about 1000 miles ago I did an oil cooler change and delete I left the egr valve in and hooked up .I have no coolent loss or any leak at the turbo or up pipes. It does miss whether it is cold or hot and seems a little slugish and I think the fuel milage is a little worse though I have not checked it by the numbers. Also I will add that there are no codes on my scanguage. After the delete would the motor run a little different or am I just looking for trouble I have 180,000 on a completly stock and same injectors,ANYONE?

test your ficm.

If that is good, then I would look into the stiction and using rev-x. There are other products that will clean out the stiction(build up on the oil side of the injector) but rev-x is the best choice to solve the stiction.

FICM checked out ok, it was fine untill I did the work on the coolers, which is what I do not understand. What are the other products out there other than Rev-X I would like to try somthing sooner than later and Rev-X is not readly available. I should add that it smokes more then it did when cold but then clears up within a few minutes

I know this is a long shot but are there any stores like NAPA or others that carry Rev-X, if this is even my problem. If I had stiction would it not throw a code??
