Congrats on the new truck and welcome to the org. |

Use Ford Filters
Change oil every 5K miles Be easy on her till temp gauge says its fully warmed up ( also dont be the guy to fire it up and just drop it into gear right away when cold) If in a cold climate plug the engine heater in Use lighter weight oil if you want to in winter (make sure its for diesels though) Change fuel filters in spring and in late fall Use a additive if you want. I used to use diesel kleen. If your in a colder climate keep a bottle of Diesel 911 just in case. Rotate tires every other oil change you get your mileage out of them that way. Thats my list but others will vary but thats my GENERAL list. |
