Sounds like it has a miss at idle?

For as long as I remember my truck has always seemed to have a miss at an idle once it's warm. I first noticed it at stoplights and sometimes in the driveway when I'm letting it cool down. It doesn't always do it and it'll only do it for 15 seconds maybe? Maybe 30? I thought maybe it had something to do with the FICM going bad but I've had it rebuilt to 58V by Swamps and it still does it. Any ideas?

Any way to test them myself? I just really hate taking my vehicles to dealerships...
