Max tire siz, 06 F250 17" steel wheels

Looking for the max tire size i can run on an 06, f250. stock 17" steel wheels, with and with-out a leveling kit.

Id like to run a 295/75r17 , or larger if i can. Also if anyone knows what i can stuff under the truck with a Leveling kit?

I saw 315/70 17 on a stock height f250 the other day with steel wheels. Couldn't say whether they rubbed as I didn't ask but they were on the truck.

Did u by chance notice if he had a leveling kit, or definitively stock front height.

i have 35s on 20s on a 2wd stock height with just a little bit trimmied so i would say you could totaly run 35s on a 4wd no problem on stock wheels and stock height
