Telling the difference between an EGR block off and a delete on a truck I want to buy

First, thanks to all of you on this forum. I have done tons of research into buying a new truck right here. Thanks to you guys I know pretty much what to look for. This afternoon I am going to look at a truck that the seller says has an EGR delete and head studs. Is there a way that I can verify this claim?
