My FCIM showed up this morning, back from FCIMrepair.com (FedEX got it back to me a LOT faster then they got it to them, HI HI)
Put the little PITA back in and my Beast lives again. :-)
I've been exceptionally surprised and impressed by the customer service I received, prolly 2 dozen emails back and forth, answering my questions and helping to make sure that the FCIM was in fact the source of my problems, before I removed it from the truck and sent it in. All before I sent the part and payment to them, just to try and minimize the amoun t of true down-time I had. AMAZING turn around on the part.
Can't recommend them enough.
