Updated turbo oil and feed lines for 03 turbo.

So, I'm going to be installing an '03 turbo on my truck pretty soon and figure this is a good time to install the updated oil feed and drain lines as well. These updated parts are compatible with the 03 turbo correct?

Tousley states the feed line does not fit 03 model engines. Is this a constraint due to the engine design or the turbo? I just don't want to order something I can't even use.

Page 13 shows the updated feed line, compare it to yours, you may already have the updated line.

The updated line will work on a '03 turbo, because they only changed from a quick connect to a bolt down at the oil cooler housing. Where the feed line bolts to the turbo stayed the same design.

Yes the engine side connection is different than the 05. The updated line will work fine for you.

I was under the impression that the updated line was a solid line and did not have to braided area in the middle. Correct? My line has the braided area in the middle.
