Looks sharp, no glaring issues. If you go see it, look at the panel gaps-the space between the doors and cab, fenders and doors, etc. Basically look for signs of bodywork. Make sure it has the proper coolant in it, and buy a scangauge from autozone. Monitor the ECT vs EOT delta (difference) on a test drive. If it exceeds 15 degrees, negotiate, as a new oil coloer and egr cooler are going to be needed in short order.
