2006 f250 factory fog lights

i started to replace my stock foglights, one was broken when i hit a deer,btw deer lived!!,, as i put the new pair in they didnt fit or look right, my question, would someone be so kind as to look at your foglights and tell me if the side that is cut out on the lower portion goes towards the inside or the outside, hope i explained well enough,,,tia michael,,,,picture would be awesome

I'm not exactly sure what you're talking about without looking at them. I can take a pic of mine when I get home if nobody beats me to it though.

I have an 06, but hope this helps...Tried to take a picture but didn't really work.

If I understand you correctly, one side is more straight up and down, and the other side has more of a sloped cut. On mine the sloped cut goes to the outside.
