Hey guys. I bought a 2005 F350 4x4 crew cab dually about 3 months ago. It was dark at the dealership when I went and looked at the truck. Everything passed my visual inspection as best as I could see, but the one thing that I missed and didn't notice untill I did my first oil change was the sticker on the side of the motor stating that the 6.0 in my truck was a remanufactured motor from Ford and that it was assembled to production ratings emission controls criteria for 2003 and earlier engines. So basically what the heck does this mean

Is this motor different from say an actual 2005 stock build motor? I have not had any issues with the truck or the motor at all so I'm not really worried about it just curious.
Here is the VIN# if anyone can provide addtional info: 1FTWW33P75EA06388
Thanks, Shawn
