Cold Temp Fuel Mileage
Pardon my ignorance, but I haven't lived in an area with this truck that has temps below 50* for longer than a day. That being said, is it normal to get horrible fuel mileage in the winter? My last fill up I hand calculated 12.3 mpg. I normally get around 17 mpg. I will say that during this time period I did get new wheels and tires that are slightly larger than stock. I expected a drop in mileage, but I didn't expect this large of a drop.

My winter mileage last year was pretty horrible. 12-14 was about right for me. I do a lot more idling in the winter in the mornings while I scrape ice and/or snow and the winter fuel that's out doesn't help either. Just expect a mileage drop every winter.
