how to replace carrier/midship bearing in driveshaft?

this is my first truck with a carrier bearing (extcab longbed) I'm going to replace a u joint and want to do the carrier aswell, can someone tell me how its done, I don't have anything taken apart yet and will be looking to get a aftermarket replacement part
