Huntin Trip up North pullin about 2k, ??s

So im takin a huntin trip from OKC to MN with some friends and gonna be pullin a enclosed trailer with a 4 wheeler all together about 2k , Question for yall is what tune should I run for the best MPGs, Tow, Street, or Eco. Im kinda up in the air for Tow or Street with only 2k pullin and a camper shell im not sure. Suggestions?

I pull my boat which weights about that with SRL up and dow the steep *** mountain I live on all the time. My EGT's are only slightly higher with the boat.
My travel trailer weighs 4k, and it is too heavy to pull up any kind of real grade. Flat ground is fine though

If its his regular street tune its designed to be able to tow 10k

ya it is, and I think i remeber hearin that now. Do you think thatll net me the best milage tho too, and maybe you might have some insight but ive been thinkin about gettin the extreme street or a tune of that nature, is it worth it? Ive been waitin to do headstudes first next year tho, or is it usually safe without them? Thanks again
