6.0 Mechanic in IL

I'm curious if there is a 6.0 genius in the Illinois area, I have a 03 6.0 f350 that has a few issues and the local shop can't seem to clean them up, interested in maybe doing a few upgrades like egg delete and oil cooler in the process .

Yeh its a big state. Up by the quad citys I think there is River city diesel. then I wanna say empire is somewhere close sorta.

Yup what part. More towards Joliet area there is Heavy Metal Performance. Even more towards the border of Wisconsin is Dan's Diesel Performance in Marengo. If you are almost in Wisconsin there is a good shop called the Powerstroke Doctor or Lubeowner in platteville WI

River City Diesel in Peoria would probably be your best bet then.
