Better search function
I know a lot of people don't like forum's search function. Well if it's a open forum like this one or FTE then you can just use a normal search engine like google to search certain site's or specific parts of them.
{what your searching for [space or 2] site:www.powerstroke.org}
If you want an exact phrase just put quotations around it(ex. "coolant flush"), and you can 'hybrid' it up too if there's another part of your search that needs to be included but wouldn't be part of the exact phrase(ex. write-up "egr delete").
If you want to search only the 6.0L forums, just use the main 6.0 page address (ex. site:w.ww.powerstroke.org/forum/ford-03-07-6-0l-powerstroke-forums). That's for the 6.0 group, it works with the individual forums too like only the discussion forum. Just copy the address and paste it after "site:".
Just to make it clear this is what it would look like:
6.0 "coolant flush" write-up site:w.ww.powerstroke.org
I find it works a lot better. Some forums have some type of block that won't allow it but, it works here just fine. Don't mind the extra 'dot' between the 'W's in the addresses, I had to do that so it would quit auto-hyperlinking them.
