Best place to get EGR Delete, Ford Oil Cooler, SCT Tuner with fast shipping

My trucks in the shop and I have until next Friday to get it fixed. Im just going to leave it at the shop for the week. Im going to need an EGR delete kit, a Ford Oil cooler with housing and gaskets, intake and turbo gaskets, and also am looking at getting a tuner. Im probably going to get the SCT F3 unless theres a better option. I really need to get all of these parts delivered by Wednesday of next week. Cheapest ive found is $925 with free shipping for the sct tuner, egr delete, and oil cooler. If anyone has any suggestions or info it would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
