Head gaskets/studs to be done. What else?
2004 6.0 powerstroke 178,000 miles.
So I just did the EGR delete/oil cooler change. I believe that my head gaskets are gone too. I will be sending the cab in the air sometime this fall and wanted a list of things that you guys would do while I have the cab in the air?
Also I found (from a post) Clearwater cylinder heads - Thinking about buying two new heads from them so I don't have down time and anxiety from my old heads being bad.
So far I just have ARP studs on my list
What gaskets are best?
What else would you change while you were in there with that many miles?
Have you heard anything about Clearwater heads?
