Looking to see who make the best performance injectors? Looking to build a motor with Powermax, bigger injectors, custom tuning, etc... What size injectors for the Powermax?

155's if you are going to use it to tow and 190's if you are going for flat out performance. Ryan Casserly's injectors from Full Force Diesel. I wouldn't go with anyone else.

How about Warren Diesel? - he is supposed to do good work too from what I have read and heard about him? Just another option, his prices were pretty good too.

Yea its gonna be all out performance!! What cc are the stock injectors anyone know? Will the Powermax be good enough for those injectors? Gonna do custom tuning as well obviously but will the turbo be enough?

The stock injectors are 135's - the powermax will work with them and a custom tune but the powermax is capable of cleaning up alot bigger injector so it has tons of room to grow as your wallet allows.

The 190's are a bit too much for the PowerMax, but with the right tuning, you can make them streetable. As was mentioned the stock injectors are 135's. For any larger injectors, you will need a new fuel pump, like the AirDog II.

A Powermax with a Batmowheel will clean up 190's nicely and make a bunch more power than a stock Powermax. I am doing that setup with 175's and an IDP tuned FICM right now.

I thought you could squeeze out a 155 setup with the stock fuel system?

And like mitch said the powermax has the capability to clean up 190s with the batmowheel installed, which for most people is more than enough injector/charger, that setup seems to make over 500hp.

Will be HAPPY to upgrade the fuel system!! So 190cc injectors... Powermax with Bat-something? Tuning.. Fuel system.. Exhaust.. Anything else?

You can try. Most of the HFCM's seem to have trouble keeping up with stock injectors on a hot performance tune. It really depends on the condition of the factory pump.

Andrew, The bat-mo-wheel is the newest compressor wheel. It has something of a bat wing shape and most found out about it since it was featured in the last Diesel Power Challenge.
